Seems to be that house do the trick, last weekend i played some house, old school house and people was happy but lounge music was the best i could do to up lift the party

I was a thursday night resident for 5 years at a lounge here in stl. 5 hours every thursday...it made me a better dj. i owe where i am today musically to those thursday nights. It's one thing to get a headline slot in a club and drop jams, but consistently changing it up and playing every week for 5 hours and keeping it interesting and fresh is where it's @. You really need both atmospheres to really round yourself out musically.

Icon has gone to the dumps as of late. Me and my mate tag team at this place called Socca Lounge, just opend up recently. Nice little place, but the food is awesome!
