Not sure bout the encore though mate. They played some good tunes bu some were meh. i think i felt like that cause my legs were fucken sore as. i needed to sit down but there was not much room to sit anywhere.

i did stay till the end. but my legs were so fucken sore. i just thought the extra hour and a half was not as good as most of the night. my sore legs might have been the reason why i thought that though

I saw them in Sydney on Friday night and I thought they sucked.

I hate to say it... but it's true.

They didn't gel well together, they didn't have time to take their music anywhere. I would've much preferred to see DIgweed, or even Sasha separately, but still expected more out of these two.

Judging by the responses on inthemix I seem to be the only one who feels this way. The last two years I've seen Diggers he's nailed it. Last year when I saw Sasha he nailed it. Together they didn't do too well.

I know what you mean about the end of their set though, the last hour (out of 5) that they played in Sydney really sucked and was music which went nowhere and was far from interesting.

Despite all this, the second time Digweed came on for an hour he did play a pretty good hour... especially the second half of that hour... Like I said on itm, he was playing the most fantastically twisted melodies which would've left even the likes of James Holden crawling up the walls. He was on a roll with it and it was easily the best music I've ever heard.

Trouble is, half an hour of brilliance doesn't make a night. Better luck next year when we (hopefully) see Digweed tour by himself again.
