How about doing some workout and trying to be happy with who you are instead of wanting to be perfect? I usually prefer natural, imperfect women with lovely eyes and the cutest smile above those picture perfect narcissistic girls that are parading the streets more and more.

So the woman who works out very hard, is very fit, has lovely eyes and a cute smile, but hates wearing a swimsuit because she is so flat chested, and mind you she is only self concsious because she was ridiculed growing up, shoudn't get implants? A few years in therapy instead? If implants make her feel good about herself and cost less than the therapy would, I dont see the problem.

Have you heard that labiaplasty is the latest trend in cosmetic surgery?

maybe we should concentrate on why women are so unsatisfied with their body image instead of promoting a false ideal. like, this is an almost exclusively american phenomenon; only recently have other countries begun to follow suit, and that only because of american influence. it's exceedingly unhealthy.

...so we should base how our bodies are supposed to look on what's new in plastic surgery? are you nuts, man?
