    Soulseek help please

Hey all my problem is this. I went to download 4 files from a user and i thought the user had only these 4 files in their folder, so when i went to download the files i clicked on download containing folder. To my suprise there was 5000 odd files in this folder. Now i am stuffed. my soulseek takes fucken ages to start to do anything. i tried closing and reopening souseek several times and it takes ages to restart. does anyone know how i can delete these 5000 odd files or is it a matter of just leaving my soulseek on and waiting?? Please help cause i don't want to delete my soulseek and start again cause i have some awesome people in my user list and i don't want to loose them. Thanks in advance

The way i fixed it was like this. Ok so i turned my soulseek off. Then tyurned it back on again. Now it takes a fair while for it to do anything. Then it goes into soulseek mode. This is the time u hit disconnect quickly. cause if u let it go it try's to read all those files and that takes forever and when u try close it it says this program is not working (or whatever). Ok after u disconnect u start to delete all those files. try doing it in buncehes rather than all at once cause that is slow and u think it is stuffed again. keep deleting till u get all the ones u don't want and thats it connect and u are ready to go again . Hope i made sense

you could just have deleted your cues from the cfg files in the insta;ation folder ;-) you can open and edit them with notepad wich is quite convenient.
