                                  2 counts of Penal Code 69, which is a felony "use of violence or threat of violence to prevent an officer from performing their duty." and he was part of a gang

                                  it sucks to see this shit but i dont care what anyone says cops that work a tough beat hard tought mother fuckers, i give oakland pd the utmost respect

                                      they do walk a fine line and they have a shitty job to do (and of course we never saw what happened before this) BUT - I'm also sure they were NEVER trained to punch someone in the face!

                                              in this sue happy society, you can't even get away with accidentally bumping in to someone any more.
                                              im not sayin whether the cop is right or wrong, but they have a dangerous job to do.
