I am about to lay down a new mix right now, in the middle of procuring tracks and programming... I've got my Martha Stewart face on!For your aural infusion of Caley:

Re: M-Audio Torq
Sweeeeet. Looking forward to it. My internet went down as soon as I asked you the above question.
Just looked at your new set up, stuff looks wicked man. I don't think I could ever go "extreme" digital. Stuff looks too hard and intimidating. My brother was able to get me a "pirated" version of Ableton and I had no fucking Idea what I was doing, especially without a manual.
I did take the little tutorial and got a feel of what was what (kinda) but never used it again. I really wanted to remove some vocals from some track and thought that would have helped; wrong!.
I guess Im more oldskoOl. I never thought I would go cdj way but vinyl began to get a little expensive and my room began to fill up with black wax.Comment

Re: M-Audio Torq
I will never ditch vinyl, so something like Torq feels right at home... IF I make the switch full time I can still see vinyl being integrated. Like I said, CDJs and vinyl are preferably much more tactile than digital solutions, but Torq cuts it close. We will see.For your aural infusion of Caley:

Re: M-Audio Torq
Has anyone seen the M-Audio's "sneak peak" of their new controller they are about to announce at next weeks NAMM? The thing looks sick and apparently looks like its designed to work with Torq. www.myspace.com/m-audioComment

Re: M-Audio Torq
I am not too sure about those jog wheels... I'd much rather use vinyl and CD control than knobs and buttons on a MIDI interface. For your aural infusion of Caley:
