I worked for a compnay that ran the NICU's and it is different when a kid is born premature or has a problem with their birth but still are in fact ones who have a chance of a healthy life.

I am talking about the ones who are living for years, such as 15yrs and up. They choose the wrong path and honestly will rarely find it back to the right one. Gt rid of the idiots.
