It's amazing what can happen when you get a bunch of idiots together in a conflict. Both sides are dumber than horse shit here. Allow me to deconstruct the situation:
The Student: motherfucker clearly understood English. Cops told him to comply like 900+ times. He didn't. Clearly, he wants to provoke the cops. Clearly, not a smart thing to do. He deserved to get his ass arrested and even tased if he was resisting or threatening the officers or anyone else.
The Cops: This was not a hostage standoff involving plastic explosive and loaded shotguns and this was not the 21st fucking 9/11 terrorist. It was just some douchebag college kid. The first few tasings may have actually been necessary due to some physical threat, but it's not at all apparent to me that the 15th one after like 5 minutes was good for anything other than the cops' amusement. You place the kid under arrest. you frisk him. you handcuff him. you read him his rights. you get several of the guards to haul his ass out to a police cruiser. and you tase him again only if he forcibly resists or puts anyone in danger. There. Is that so fucking hard?
In conclusion, the student deserved to get arrested for being a fucking douchebag and tased to the degree that he actually posed a physical threat to anyone. And the cops deserve to get their balls tased off just for being general dickwads and tasing the kid indefinitely instead of just hauling him off to jail.
