Went to Turnmills on this weekend with AndyH, and although Omid16b was actually pretty dissapointing and nailing it a bit much, a couple of guys in the backroom played a great melodic, rolling, proggy couple of hours. Looked round mid-set just as they'd dropped a blinder of a tune to find AndyH not only not dancing but pulling some rough bird, seemingly unaware the tune of the night was playing. I urge you all to abuse and award negative rep to this faux prog-lover as I intend to do for the coming weeks.

But she was pretty fit and CERTIANLY not rough, and seeing as it is the first pull after breaking up from a 2yr 8 month relationship a couple of weeks ago, I should be cut some slack....

It wont happen again (not at a prog night anyway)

^^^ Hmm. Pehaps in most situations. But a) he didn't get laid so it was a miseable waste of time, and b) he should have been paying attention to the quality of the tunes, not groping some desperate slag in the dark recesses of the dancefloor

Really depends on what you go out for. Some nights I go out to get drunk and have fun, some nights I go out just for the tunes.
