Are there any plans to make a work safe interface?

All of my programs at work have a plain white background, so this one sticks out like a sore thumb and I have to act like I am attempting to sneak across enemy line every time I try to lurk on here at work.

I asked pickle and he said there were talks about it at one point, but nothing ever came of it.....it's just a thought/suggestion.

Yeah, I could use that as well. Should be simple imo: just splash a new skin over it and have an option button somewhere. I'm sure you can, I'm sure you can, I'm sure you can, tshooo tshoooooo

A corner seat means I don't have a problem opening MS at work, but the contrast between MS' background and other websites are killing my eyes. It's like stepping out of a club at 7 in the morning. Except I'm doing it every few minutes throughout the whole day, 5 days a week.

This board is customized to the max so we don't offer multiple templates for user styles. Every time we make an update, we'd had to check if the alternative templates still work on IE, FF and different screen resolutions...brainfuck. I will discuss the pros and cons later with Kamal and see if we can offer something for you lazy guys at work - but no promises yet.

yes I've received requests for this but other than installing a new skin, the options are limited

whatever we do - the black interface will not change. If we do something, we will add an alternative for "safe" browsing. You workoholics need to set in your Profile not to display images and signatures etc. though because it does not make sense if the background is white and innocent but still Ronald McDonalds is raping a rain deer in a beautiful flash animation in every 2nd posting.

haha. just do not look at ms from work. it is probably not worth it DQ. I also have to do sneak-a-peaks at work, and I also worry what "treasure" I will find.

haha it's not the pics (I don't go in certain threads), its the fact that it's black....I am not on it often at work....if I am it's for the PM section to chat with people, but the black, like I said, stands way out....you don't have to make one, I was just curious
