flat tax really would be hard to implement here. but it could work at around 6-8% if implemented at all stages of industry and production, but the service industry would suffer a lot.

because service industry's doesnt have a concrete product per say, so the rules would be different for industries ranging from doctors and lawyers to restaurants. i.e. there would be so many lawsuits to challenge the classifications it would drain the shit out of the principle.

example. does a restaurant qualify as a concrete product(the food) or a service (the waiting on tables aspect).

not claiming to be a pro here, just sharing my thoughts, which are solely based on AICPA meeting discussions.
