I dont mind "follow the mouse pointer"- animation thing. Actualy the motion is qiute nice. The whole site looks like half way thru + I dont speak spanish + the brain pic botheres me - seem like it should be artistic but I dont see it that way ..

That thing with the mouse cursor is very amateur.

It was popular on websites from the late 90s, and never on professional looking websites, always on amateur websites or dodgy looking warez sites.

It's best left in the 90s and won't be a good image to project for any company.

The splash page navigation (to enter the site) could be better: people don't like to search for a link on a page.
Enlarge the font a bit: I don't wear glasses and I don't intend to.
Lose the cursor crap: read above posts

But the design is pretty nice imo, quite organic. Me likes!

Alright website but I not really a big fan of a lot of flash and animation on a website either.
