    kazakhastan is building this giant tent city in thier former capital, astana, to re-invigorate the area. this tent will be made of material that absorbs sunlgiht and creates heat, to the point where it will literally feel like summer when it is -30C outside.

    from the article, it is the size of 10 soccer stadiums and will house a complete city, under its 500 foot roof,

                          Am i the only one who sees this as a waste of money, the country may be 'oil rich' but theres no doubt it has probs with its economy. Ah well if it looks pretty then it sure is a nice way of wasting 15bn..
