the equivilant sound in a set of speakers will set u back @least 2 grand so i guess they might be worth it, the casings made out of mahogany , u can get them on ebay for around 400 but i worry about them being fake japanese imports

but unless you have a highend stereo set up - they will just pick up and repeat the shit quality sound from a shit quality system!! GIGO.

just came across this site where you can buy those Grado Ear Speakers. And there are models that are even under $100 to buy from them, and I bet the quality kicks the shit out of any sonys.
