    Better if they were naked....

On a related note, I read the other day regarding circadian rhythms (body clock). You are most awake typically 2 hours before your normal bed time. I thought that was odd, but the realized its true. I am usually dragging ass when I get home from work, but then wake the hell up round 9pm every night.
It's never too late to become the person you always thought you would be.

one hour before lunch is good too - but we're all different on these
circadian cycles are regulated by sun light - truly amaizing what it does to your body. this si why Vegas hotels have special bulbs that are quite close to sun light: so that your body completely loses track of day-night cycles and you spend more time there...
anyways, a lot to be said on that one

Ah, so that explains all the wrinkled old bags sitting at the slot machines.

You'd go into a free running rhythm if you spend enough time there. lol.

there was this study in the 80s of putting people in a cave with no light and no outside stimuli for a long period of time and they saw that your body would take a cycle of 30to 36 hours in fact.
you do have animals that are on completely different schedules too.
