if you want keyboard and mouse for your 360, why dont you just play pc games

because in order to play the games with that quality, you have to buy a $700 card plus a fast processor and some expensive memories.
ah. and i forgot. WINDOWS VISTA so you can use directx10

in addition to that, call of duty 3 is not available on pc
neither the new brother in arms game, or gears of war.

so i think i have a good reason to consider switching to xbox

I totally agree with Arielus, ms has basically killed of (pc)gaming with vista and dx10. Vista runs 3d apps up to 40% slower and the added cost of keeping your pc up to date is getting more idiotic as time goes by, ie bigger power supplies just to keep your 700$ videocard fed with the 230w it needs all by itself.

I've been using my current pc for about 2-3 years now and i see no reason to upgrade it since playing games on it is something i never do anymore, if i feel the need to play games ill get me an xbox 360 when the new and quieter revision arrives(6 months give or take).
