Crank (2006)

Watched this movie last night, before going to sleep.
Actually, i just wanted to see a minute, but got caught with all the action and couldn't stop watching.
Truth is, i love action movies. And this one is a typical exagerated movie (not as much as Mission Impossible 3) but with a funny plot.

Chev Chelios is a professional assassin working for the West Coast crime syndicate. Chev's girlfriend Eve doesn't know what Chev does and Chev is planning to quit the crime syndicate so he can spend more time with her. But for Chev, things about to get very bad, when he learns he has been injected with a poison called "The Beijing Cocktail" by his rival Verona, which will kill him if his heart rate drops. Trying to stay alive and seeking help from friend, Kaylo and Doc Miles, to keep his heart pumping. Chev sets out to find answers as well as protecting Eve, and get his revenge on those who have betrayed him before the poison kills him.

I heard this was pretty bad; the worst of all guy ritchie films. Check out Layer Cake.

the idiot who OK's the budget for this movie shouldnt just be fired, he should be cruxified in times square. and that goes for the guy who decided to make "stomp the yard "as well.

I know that layer cake isn't, but I thought Crank was, but I'm thinking of another movie.

I thought the movies was pretty good, for your basic crazy off the wall all action flick, but if you honestly expected more of a plot out of this movie going into it then I guess I see how it could let you down. The description of the plot alone should lead you to see how the movie was gonna be.
