the html tag feature thing when posting links?

Not sure if Im making any sense, but ya know when you post a link and the actual link people see says something like: click me

Its a form of "scripture" I guess when posting....how do you do that? I thought I had it down right but doesnt seem to work.

Thanks Tom, I'll look into that link you posted.

Kamal, I want to use on this board through another place my stuff is stored. I just uploaded a mix, it's on Megaupload and I wanted to name the link something else instead of megaload123xd or whatever ya know.
