I've gotten a couple of those when trying to purchase. Sucks. But most of the time Im able to get anything.

another label may own the rights to the track in your territory or it's meant to be an exclusive to a certain region for a certain length of time before it hits other areas.

i've had this problem with several tracks. juno digital though usually offers the same track and never get caught up with that territory problem.

Yeah I find this highly annoying, I've had it happen a few times to me too.

I wish Beatport would offer an explanation somewhere on their site, but I can't seem to find one.

It means that its a track that isn't licensed for US sale yet through them, and they aren't legally allowed to sell it as a download I believe.

exactly what mike said. i ended up having the buy 49% with a friend in the UK's help. I wanted it, but they had those restrictions, so i asked a friend to help and he did. This was way before juno digital though. Nice to know they don't care about little things like that.
