Hey all i installed this smiley thing on my computer but it was shit so i uninstalled it. Anyway i still have this thing called millannet just below my web browser. How do i get rid of it and have my firefox the way it used to be. Thanks in advance

Weird, on the milan.net website it says

Uninstall

The Toolbar comes with an option for uninstall by the standard option of Windows Add/Remove Programs dialog. Once uninstalled, the Toolbar does NOT leave behind any working component, folder, file or Registry key.

Then again, I would stay the fvck away from those smiley toolbars and whatever shit some people would like to dump on your system.

you might also try AVG AntySpyware
get it at http://free.grisoft.com

you have to install, update, then restart on safe mode and run a full scan.

it's the best i tried so far, i'm even thinking on buying it, but the 30 days trial is enough to clean your pc at least once

run autoruns from http://download.sysinternals.com/Files/Autoruns.zip

once the options menu enables, select it and click "Hide Signed Microsoft Entries"

go to file/refresh

once the options menu enables, go to file, export log and save it as a .csv file.

upload the .csv file here with yousendit and post the url in here. also send me a pm.

hey guys thanks for all the help.. but i get confused easy when it comes to computers etc.. anyway there is this thing called millbar in my toobox. How do i get rid of it. I have spywareblaster and adware se personal on my computer but dont know how to use them. god i am an idot. Also quick question does all this adware and spyware mean that people can possibly get my paswords and stuff.

Hey all i got rid of it. I just went to my tools and then extensions and got rid of it. The reason i wanted the smiley thing was to use on myspace and emails etc. Does anyone know of how to add smileys on emails and myspace. Do i have to download a program or the individual smileys?? God i must sound like a complete computer moron
