I have two reservations for WMC so I need to drop one - thought maybe somebody here would benefit from it

Hotel: Princess Ann (no idea what it's worth)
Dates: Thursday 22nd to 25th of March
Type of room: Queen bed (I think) - calm part of the hotel
Price: $159/night
Location: 920 Collins Avenue (hard to do better - in the middle of SoBe)

I'll be staying somewhere else, I had this as a back up.
