                                                  thats not crazy traffic by a long shot. you need to see the traffic where I live. My city (Pune - pronounce Poon-eh) has the second largest 2 wheeler population in Asia (after Beijing i believe) including the most crowded streets. Traffic is so bad, you can't ride a two wheeler for more than 5 seconds with both feet up.

                                                      people would give their 1st born child for a 42 min. commute in NYC. I lived in Manhattan for 7 years (only had a 10 min commute, so couldn't complain) and to go from 34th St. down to the East Village or the Upper East Side would take an hour!
