It is a good way to opt out of the contract...but for fuck's sake, if you're sending enough messages, just get the add-on for $2.99 for 100 msgs....

And LG is already making its version of the "iPhone" with touch screens, etc. which no doubt will be a Verizon phone

Actually I've had tremendous success with all LG products I've owned. Their phones were always good and now I own an LG LCD TV and LG washer and dryer.

washer/dryers and tv's i will say are the exception as they are actually mfd by lg. the phones are made by qualcom and labeled as lg. glad to hear you have had luck with them, i sell them and we have about a 60% return rate.

text messaging is actually my preferred means of communication-- it dispenses with all extraneous chit-chat and distills everything down to the purest essentials.

word. sometimes you don't want to have a conversation, you just need to ask a question or transmit a piece of info. It's great for those "where you guys at" on the weekend calls.
