I have these Altec Lansing speakers that keep a buzzing sound whenever they're plugged in ... I can't stand the sound anymore ... does anyone know how to eliminate the sound or suggestions for computer speakers ... i keep the computer in the office ... (still waiting on Vista for the laptop) ...

How about a ground loop. Get one of those hum eliminators that plug into your outlet.

I say number 1...stay away from vista...it'll be a year before all the companies update their drivers to work with this freakin thing. I doubt i'll get it at all. Rather just go get a grand and get an Imac.Comment
