Historically, Jan 25th is the coldest day in Toronto.....today is def. holding up the legend. It's minus 16oc with a windchill of minus -25.
Outside of the city it's near minus 30oc. It makes your boogers freeze!
Wow...it's the coldest it's been in a long time...thank God for longjohns.
