    Bush apparantly after 6 years, still doesn't know how government works. He ISN'T the decision maker.

    man, it's not funny but at this point, you really have to just laugh

          last i checked, the congress did not have any executive powers. and Bush can send out executive orders.

          Not that i support bush, but c'mon....this is rediculous.
