there's a little tool out there called usdownloader, just google it. it will keep a list of files to download and just keep on trying and trying. it will only ask you to enter the code...

i'm using it not only for megaupload... it's not perfect, as soon as the sites do an update, you'll have to wait until the corresponding usdownloader-plugin gets updated too. but it can save some time & work. worth a try imo
