Dude relax. Many people don't get anything from no one and they don't "complain". My first mix went unnoticed and dropped into the depths of P&R (Before members had their own place).

you cant make people listen to your stuff and bitchin about it wont help. Just keep at it and put em up whether you get feedback or not.

Sorry if I'm being harsh. My point is only this:

By its very nature, internet forums will always give you almost no feedback on mixes. There's the anonymity, there's the fact that there are tons of sets out there, people are busy, whatever. I've posted shit up in all kinds of places and gotten zero responses 9 times out of 10; I've also posted and sometimes gotten some really good feedback, particularly as I stick around and people get to know me a bit.

The key is to keep believing in what you're doing, to be patient, and to not wrap your ego up into what a bunch of strangers think of your tunes. And before you know it, with a little time, you'll get some of the feedback you seek.

feedback is not always a good thing. i used to get amped waiting on people to tell me what they thought about my artwork, then when i got it, it pissed me off because they didnt understand or critisized because they didnt like the style. I then realized i did it because i enjoyed it, not to impress other people. if they like it = great, if not = fuck'em. dont sweat the small shit. do what you enjoy and have fun with life

No offence mate but there's about a squillion DJ sets for me to get through in the promos and recommendations section from top class DJs, I won't have the time, bandwidth, or hard drive space to go through and listen to the amateur section too.

I suggest you get it out to your friends and ask them. The beauty of doing it this way is you know who among your friends know their shit and who doesn't when it comes to dance music. Making it easier to listen to feedback.
