    you can do it with either a proxy or with your router setup. try logging in to your router and look for somewhere to block/filter sites. do an ipconfig and use the first 3 sections + .1

    examples: 192.168.0.1 or 192.168.1.1

        yeah, that thing looks like a solid solution. actually downloaded a trial last year, but damn it's complicated for somebody who's not trained in the network/domain type stuff. ended up getting too busy with other stuff, so put it off till now.

        picklemonkey - thanks. i'm gonna try the router option. we have a cisco router, and it has a web interface. got special vpn setup in the config file tho, so i have to make sure that doesn't get f'd up when messing with the other settings.
