I don't think this was from the V99 festival as this mix is most definitely from early 1999( it is similar to digweed sets from late 98 early 99 like the feel and Canada sets) and the V99 festival was in August 1999 when digweed was caning Science Department - Repercussion, Luzon - The Baguio Track,Cevin Fisher - Music Saved My Life, Christian West - Eterna and Bedrock - Heaven Scent. None of these are on this mix I think the mistake is on the cover of the mix tape in small print it says V03/99. But i don't think it is referring to the V99 festival but March 1999

It's definitely Digweed, as already mentioned I have the original cassettes which are labelled 03/99. I also think it has fuckall to do with that festival.

There are characteristics of this set that make me think its NOT digweed i.e. dodgy mixing in places, the way he just cuts into the underworld track (played at about plus 6)

But then again some of the tunes are so much digweed of that era (which I also think is march 1999)

i have no problem with none brand name dj's, but poor mixing.

Believe what you want. But I got this a long time ago from a reliable source that says its digweed. Plus there is other members on here that have the same set and say it is digweed. My question to you is how can this not be him then.

its very similar and i picked up the John Digweed exposed V03/99 mixtape that this was ripped from in mid 1999. This set and the John Digweed 1998-11-28 & Dave Seaman Live @ Canada set both have that fairly exclusive fucked up remix of Breeder - The Chain and not to mention the even rarer remix Dovebeat - La Paloma. I think its more likely Digweed mixing shit
