FAO Lrn... no, Cowardly... no, Lrn... fuggit, FAO All

Here's a treat for all you kitty and God lovers:

A one-eyed, noseless kitten will be the centrepiece of a new museum intended to promote the theory of creationism. (read full story: http://www.smh.com.au/news/world/cy-...916687059.html)

I dunno that that has to do with anything, but I sure know God is angry at your furniture and drapes: http://www.smh.com.au/articles/2007/...733936225.html

lmao, i had this talk with my aunt on saturday.

she asked if i wanted to go to mass with her and my cousin, i said no, me and religion dont blend. she goes off on me.so i ask her

are you for gay rights or pro choice? she answers yes, i tell her she isnt catholic cuz the church is against those ideas. then i asked her if she really beleived in the 7 day theory. she said no, again i tell her she aint catholic as that is one of the crucial beleifs in the church.

Going to church makes you just as much a catholic as standing in a garage makes you a car.

Gotta disagree with ya there, Shawn. The vatican does recognize that evolution and the bible can be consistent, because the story of genesis is a metatphor.

Fifty years ago Pope Pius XII said...in the encyclical Humani generis: "The Teaching Authority of the Church does not forbid that, in conformity with the present state of human sciences and sacred theology, research and discussions, on the part of men experienced in both fields, take place with regard to the doctrine of evolution, insofar as it inquiries into the origin of the human body as coming from pre-existent and living matter."
Its only the fundamentalist-type christians who take the bible to be the literal truth.

True. Just like the fundi muslims find reasons in the Qur'an to massacre infidels.
