It's definitely not FOS but can't find Jan Driver - Water Do you mean... Taucher - Waters (Jan Driver Remix) ???

It appeared on a Radio 1 Sasha Hot Mix in 1998 and was listed in Mixmag as Jan Driver Water but I can't find this track anywhere. It was then relabeled Taucher - Waters The Forth Remix but I can't find anywhere to listen to this track either. It doesn't sound anything like Taucher - Waters either so I'm not convinced it's that track either.

I'll have a hunt, I've definitely got a copy of Taucher - Waters (Jan Driver Remix), think the Forth remix is on the same 12".

I think half the problem was years ago DJs would get a white label they liked and add it to their record box but would have to label it themselves so they could ID it when they wanted to pull it out and play it. There where quite a few like that on the Oakenfold 1999 Essential Mix World Tour
Boyd Westerman - Loop Life was labeled Q Feel The Magic, Red Sign - Wonderland was Vernon's Wonderland, Blacklight - Daydream was called Vortex it probably explains why some of the tracks listed don't appear on discogs.

Found my copy of Taucher on Quad and Track 20 is Taucher - Waters (Jan Driver Remix).
The Forth remix is what I can only describe as a downtempo breaks mix so all those other tracklists could do with being changed
