    Today's Markets (2-27-07)

Well, I'd like to give a big thanks to China...because their markets crashing 9% yesterday, it just parlayed out everywhere today, except really the Japanese market.

Dow drops 400+ points; Nasdaq gets killed, other world markets drop nicely today, or have their worst days in years...and the forex is now reacting as it's last in the list...

Put it in slight perspective, the trading curbs were imposed this afternoon to slow things down; after lifting, the Dow dropped 200 points in one minute.

I did make some nice bank out of it though But, those days are thank god few and far between...now it's wait and see how China re-reacts when they open in a bit...

Of course, others got nailed badly...

buying the index now wouldn't be such a bad idea...sometimes after a market hiccup is the best time to buy.

        Re: Today's Markets (2-27-07)

indeed...tomorrow's going to be very interesting to say the least. 9-11 time frame fell over 1,200 before coming back up somewhat, then eventually sliding down in March. 2000 fall came back up fairly quickly, as did the '87 crash eventually.

With the talks of recessions however, drops like this are the first catalyst (that continue on a bit) which are eventually felt several months later when things hit full bore.

Of course it was just fun hearing and seeing all the "analysts" on TV getting off on this drop today

S'also a full news week with some relatively key reports due out; any of those turn sour that'll send things crashing some more...

Apparently that 200 point in 1-minute drop was something along the lines of a computer glitch...basically couldn't keep up with all the orders, so when it updated, everything took a nosedive...yikes.

Possibly a good time to buy. Go the opposite of what everyone else is doing in the market.

hehe...sometimes, that's all you can do it seems like.

Well, I don't like to believe in sheer coincidences sometimes, but Martin Armstrong's business cycle calculated today to a T.

In one of the largest Securities Fraud cases in US History, the US Government indicted Martin Armstrong, trashed him in the press, stripped him of his lawyers, and then put him in jail on contempt of court. We are here to help Fight Back!

The 200 pt drop was in error. IMO, It's a good time to buy...easy money. A lot of stock that one would like are on sale right now.

oh well today...a little rough, but relative trendiness; personally gave a bit back from yesterday, but not too concerned....still not enough to totally convince that yesterday was a speed bump in the road so to speak...so it's going to take a few more days to fully shake this one out and see where it ends up...just hate to see another recession looming in the distance if so
