today is the first day of baseball on TV.

mets vs tigers 130PM.

fuck yeah. i am so happy i cannot wait.

i was dancing on my desk when i realized this. baseball is here, the NFL is gone thanks be to Ganesha, and we know warm weather is coming. bring it on.

I love that first spring training game...it always brings a smile to my face, warms me up just thinking about real spring weather being just around the corner and brings me instantly back to my childhood

coudl be the year for the tigers, they only got better, the young arms now have another year under thier belt, and some postseason experience, add in sheffeild, who will be a lock for 120 RBI and 30 homers.... great team.

but they still gotta go through the AL east, with 3 great teams, 2 of whom got a LOT better in the yanks and sox. red sox should win the AL east this year with that rotation, but they dont have a closer as doctors told pepelbon he cant close games for arm health reasons. the yanks pruged out some of the bad element, and got a nice boost in the staff, with 3 amazing young arms in AAA ready to come up. and with the lineup being a lot better this year.....

the american league this year is going to be one of the best ever races. so many teams are right there. tigers, yanks, blue jays, twins, white sox, the west sucks. and oh yeah.



your team sucks, your city sucks, your people suck. fuck you boston, the only thing that is good from the area is family guy. i hope you all get the plague. and i hope schilling gets hepatitis.

Not "can't", but "shouldn't" - and that was as of the end of last year. If we don't have a solid - or at least solid-in-the-making - closer by the end of training camp, Paps is going back to the pen.

I do not like how this closer scenario is looking at the moment....

Anyone know what team this kid was originally rooting for? It's been photoshopped so many times I'm curious for the real thing.
