But yeah that guy is a collosal asshole. He needs to have his case laughed out of court. Suing a dead man...what's next. Suing his children or grandchildren for something the guy did 20 years ago.

Which is why if suits like this are filed you pay for the replacement of what was lost + the extra costs and that's it...you can go buy a lot of what was lost barring any personal heirlooms, etc.
