i had the hen. it was so so. mom used to cook those things to perfection. since that was my first attempt i wont worry too much.

i think they are pretty easy animos to over cook they can ger really dry and tough, on a little kitty like a cornish hen you can over cook the brest or under cook the thigh way too easily, .............like i said stick to the anhetamines and turkey 101, son.

i used to cook chkn in some of that wild turkey 101. shit was tasty. my pops was pissed when he got home at the end of the weekend, and i wasn't even drinking it.

take olive oil and rub the hen, some sea salt and a little spice. bake. then get baked, boil some fresh green beans and MANJA BITCH.
