went to bed at 9am when jibs was here. slept about 2 hours.
full night's sleep the next night
didn't go to bed that next night
the following went to bed at 9pm for 4 hours
didn't sleep the next night
now i'm awake in an internet cafe because my hotel has no internet

jibs, don't worry bro but i'm doing it the right way without you. skipping sleep, lots of acid, sneaking in lots of bottles of jager to the parties, and lots of other fun goodies. shame you're gone bro

Hey everyone!

Miami is amazing! I think I may just stay behind. The hotel where pickle and I are doesn't have internet access unless you pay so thats why none of us have really been on. Someone happened to leave with a bit of money left on here, so I snagged it....hehe

A bunch of us (rise n shine, dante_k, myself and the picklemonkey) were at Beatport yesterday for Hawtin and others....it was so-so, minimal is not really my thing, but went and saw a BT seminar which was cool. We came down with Greg Benz and he chilled with everyone...pickle even broke down and introduced himself (I think he was star struck...lol) Met Hawtin too....actually a really nice guy. He was impressed that Chris and I were there from London ON (about an hr from Windsor).

Well Im off to the beach, just wanted to say hi.

Oh and since it wouldn't be a post from me without trance (hehe) I hung out in VIP with Tiesto all Thursday....such a nice guy and the ladies love him...it was funny.

I have a billion pics that I will post once I get back as I can't use my pc here.

beatport yesterday afternoon, was quite good
then went to the one + one then. Zabiela was excellent, fun to see. they hadn't set up all his stuff so he was still pulling in cables after 45 minutes in his set but was good. fanciuli was drinking evian behind him and ojnly played the first 30 minutes. club was good and the sound quality.
we then left around 4am to go to nocturnal for the am only. place was a freaking zoo, huge lines but we had tickets. got to the terrase around 4h45, wink was tearing the place apart - Minus got there around 6 I think, they let magda trainwreck two tracks and richie was took over. at that time, they were blocking access to the terrasse, I was receiving txts from friends stil outside, was a mad house. not really into minimal but the vibe was quite good. don't know what time we left but then got back and walked to the beach.
I think we came back to the hotel around 10 or so.
probably going to hit beatport in like 20
going to bed for burridge tonite

NICE. When I first went to Miami (granted it was not for wmc) I too fell in love with the place. Was there for 7 days, it was the best ever!!!! loved South Beach!!! We all said the same thing! We want to live there.
