No no ones saying he brought them down single handily. He is the president of the United States after all. He has the caperbilities to get the job done. He also claimed he saw the first plane hit the first building on the TV before he went into the classroom that morning. Which is impossible as it wasn't broadcast till later in the day, as the French documentary makers were the only people with footage of the first plane, witch wasn't shown until later in the day. Surely whether you believe the official storey or not you have to see there's a lot of holes in the storey and the US government want to sweep them under the carpet.
