ohhh yah garden state, one of the greats man, no doubt the song selection was done by the same guy behind scrubs....main actor is from scrubs...and the shins and that colin haye dude are always played on the show. I think new slang is cool...very acoustic....and frou frou's also pretty nice and chilled out. She sounds very familiar, i wonder if she goes by some other names in different groups etc,.

hopefully i too am not gay for liking the soundtrack

I can't believe I am the first one to mention Blade Runner. It's awesome, and it influenced so many of the producers working today.

                      Re: Worlds Greatest Soundtrack's

I liked a lot that are mentioned here.. Pulp Fiction, Vanilla Sky, 2 of my all time favorite movies and soundtracks that I had to get.

But that's it as far as purchasing soundtrack cd's though.

The only other soundtrack I bought was for "Immortal Beloved". Movie about Beethoven with Gary Oldman.

and it isn't a movie, but the soundtrack for Playstation's Wipeout XL was awesome at the time...
