Good luck Yao, I hope you do get the job.

I have been fighting and fighting, finally landed something that is a gold mine. I have been "declined" numerous times, and have made it to the final three even more. So very frustrating. I always ask once the interview is complete (week or so), what could I have improved on or done better? Always helps to get feedback on your mistakes and/or weakness. Only makes you a better and stronger candidate in the future. word.

I'll buy that without hesitation bro, and it's exactly what I said to myself: if I don't get it, at least I want to know what I have to do to make it next time. In this case, however, it's a company that places you with another one on project-basis, so they'll simply se if you're the right guy in the right place. That boss and my friend (who already works for him as a programmer) both have the same place in mind for me, so I'm curious to see what's going to happen.

To be honest, I didn't plan on applying for such a job again yet, not until the end of this year since what I really need is stability and I wanted to take some time to develop myself. But hey, if they think I'm good for it and want to hire me...all the better because when I'm in a designer's environtment full time I guess I'll have a much steeper learning curve than when I have to do all my drawing and shit in my free time (evenings, weekends). So I'll go for it balls first if I get the opportunity
