    Ashley Casselle-Deviations

    Picked this up out of the vaults the other week out of my large collection of CD's.

    How surprisingly good is/was this album? I always remember really enjoying CD1 of this - a lot of the tracks were tunes I never heard any other DJ playing. Great flow and programming.

    For some reason I never ever got around to listening to C2 of this - think I flicked through it and didn't enjoy it at the time, but I must have had shit in my ear ot something, because CD2 is brilliant as well. Great groove and flow going on.

    Anyone else enjoy this album at the time?

              A fav of mine too. Lost the original CDs one night when pissed up somewhere, only have backups now and a cardboard sleeve.

                  Ashley used to open up at Gatecrasher - always played quality stuff : will have to check this out.

                  This release was mastered direct from vinyl at the request of the DJ and as such features natural sound characteristics of this medium such as record surface noise.

                      Good compilation from a good producer, but the last time I caught him, he was crap. Go figure.
