nothing ... unless you want to lose your job over primitive emotions.

dude ... like any martial arts will teach you ... use your aggression when needed. if he is getting under your skin ... he is winning. just do not let him phase you ... no matter what he does. be smart ... and stay cool.

it's not worth it unless you have another job lined up.

i'd say construction workers and auto mechanics probably work with the most tools.

Relax, it's just the first week and you already have an enemy in there? ignore him, it's going to get worse if you keep thinking of kicking his ass all the time. It's work man, you don't need to be a friend with everybody and there are assholes everywhere (and most of the times the worst asshole is your boss...)

put a couple laxatives in his coffee. if he's got a dark chair pour ink on the seat. glue the handset of the phone to the deskset.

Be real careful about your attitude now because you are new and people are going to judge your behavior and you don't want to come across as too negative or confrontational. However don't let this person roll over you because remember that you teach people how to treat you. Kind of a fine line to walk.

Take a tip off tim from the Office, and put his stapler in some Jelly...

...In fact pretty much all the pranks Tim played on Gareth are worth trying! (But you americans probably don't have a clue what I'm on about! )
