Couple things come to mind, try WARFTP, or cuteftp. You are limited, however, to your upload speed. This speed is capped on most cable modems, and isn't much higher on most consumer grade DSL lines.

There are also difficulties with being behind a firewall as well as router problems if you wish to try this from home.

yes you can HOST with Todd, dont go with what's on the website..... they can custom build a plan for you, they did one for [ms].....
