SEAN COMBS, aka P. Diddy, says he is hurt that the mother of his 10-year-old son Justin, Misa Hylton-Brim, is suing him for more money. Claiming that "it's ridiculous to think any of my kids would want for anything," he says he has maintained a "great relationship" with Misa. "And then all of a sudden I got hit with a lawsuit for more money," he told AP. Last month, a Westchester County magistrate ordered Combs to raise his monthly child support payments from $5,000 to $35,000, which Hylton-Brim claims is nearer to the sum received by Kim Porter, the mother of Combs' second child. But the rap star and fashion designer claims he gives his son everything he could possibly want, including private schooling, medical care and clothes, and says Misa's claim is a result of her impending divorce from the father of her other two children. "It's not about child support, it's about adult support," he went on. "I love the mother of my first child. I would never want to do anything to hurt her, but I have to defend the kind of father that I am."

Re: P. DIDDY's PARENT PROBLEMS
umm, not good for her. the only way i see she should get $35,000 a month is if she gives it all to the kid. do you really think that would happen? i highly doubt it. she's gonna be bling blingin' in a new mercedes soon after she gets the money. in no way should she benefit from puff shitty's money. it should go all t othe kid. more power to her if she actually abides by the law and gives it all to the kid.
and here's another thing... this is very arguementative and i'm not sure what side i take... should you base child support on someone's salary? there are positives and negatives to both side. hard side to pick.Should I fuck you at that not until the ass, inject then tremendously hard bumschen and to the termination in the eyes yes?Comment

Re: P. DIDDY's PARENT PROBLEMS
Just remember American's, that the whole sue happy attitude, and the philosophy that anyone can and should be sued for everything - is that of the liberal's in this country. Sure the same policies of these liberals have led to some good things, like labeling food so we know whats in it. And at the same time, if you don't label your coffee WARNING EXTREMELY HOT AND WILL BURN YOUR STUPID ASS, then expect to get sued for it."The more corrupt the state, the more numerous the laws." - Tacitus (55-117 A.D.)
"That government is best which governs the least, because its people discipline themselves."

Re: P. DIDDY's PARENT PROBLEMS
Another thing you have to keep in mind though is being p diddys son is gonna come with some consequences since his father is basicly a celebrity and definatly has some enemies I wouldn't want. He probably isn't gonna go to the public school down the street would probably also need hired security at times etc etc. P. Diddy has nothing but the best so I don't know why it would be different for his son. These people live in a completly different world then the rest of us and comparing what some people I know make a month and what they pay in support compared to P. Diddy isn't that bad at all.Comment

Re: P. DIDDY's PARENT PROBLEMS
I think the motive is the most important factor here that upsets P Diddy. He stated that the request from $5k to $35K was due to her needing money for other kids that she has and an upcoming divorce. If it had been more money because the kid was doing without then it would be different. The mother and her lawyer are trying to take advantage of him.
I'm not a big fan of him either, but I support the guy in his decision to fight her. I don't care how rich he is, he doesn't deserve to have to pay that much money.Never interrupt your enemy when he's making a mistake - Napoleon BonaparteComment
