when a war is going on over your head and you actually in a comabt area, stay out of the streets.

Right, because it seems pretty logical that if a military vehicle is disabled a helicopter will fly by firing into the vehicle and the group of people surrounding it "to prevent looters from stripping the vehicle". The helicopter crew should have never opened fire. I think they should be held accountable for the deaths.
