    damn sinus infection here. on levaquin, but is there anything i can take to rid myself of the constant pressure and pain?>

                          stop drinking milk and using dairy products. i've suffered from chronic sinusitis for years, and taking dairy out of the diet has cleared it up.

                                              not much you really can do. Take long hot showers or stick your nose in steam. If you typically have sinus issues because of allergies, ask your doc for Flonase or Nasonex.
