I'm pretty sure that people can be and are born crazy. How do you explain little kids that are psycho from the day they get pushed out?

Dude was a total nutter... and it's not as if they didn't do anything.. they tried the police, mental hospital etc... so what do you do, kick him out of school and off campus cause he's different? There are nitwit athletes that do worse than stalk and write crazy shit and never get expelled or 'labeled'. I seriously doubt that would have stopped the carnage... in fact it probably had made it worse. The guy was a ticking time bomb and if he hadn't shot up VT he would've shot up wherever he ended up...
