I haven't listened to much deep house lately, but I envisioned that over at undergroundhouse.net there are still a lot of guys pushing the jazzy, vocally stuff... In this case, it's the vocals that got me

But to each his own - I happen to live the tech/minimal!

Not that I don't like tech / minimal cause I do But its always good to hear different styles.

Dude I saw him a long time ago (about 4 years back... yeah i know its a long f***ing time) at Fabric and I can assure you that he tore "Room2" down . He just couldn't stop dropping Tech tunes!

Yeah if you dig into his production at all you'll see that the guy was laying down tech tracks all over the place for years, good ones too. I'm cool with some good deep house, but a lot of the vocal-oriented stuff just doesn't keep it real imo

Too many have moved in that direction. I personally don't like that sound. Just keep the proggy sound growing and moving with the times, and I will be soooo happy!

Deep House, and House tend to be a bit to Disco sounding these days, but still better the the minimal and beepy tech sound of electronica today.
