To internet geeks this is probably one of the most famous domain names which can possibly be sold. Hell forum software, games, and irc bots actually write code to ensure this domain doesn't get linked to in conversations and have for years.

Not sure what you'd do with the domain for that amount, but will be an interesting one to watch.
