    Is there issues with ableton on the intel based macbook for instance sound card set up .... also where the cheapest place to buy Ableton ?

          cheapest place to buy ableton is actually ebay, u can get educational versions for much less money

              That was where I got my full fledged copy of live 4 over a year ago. Then I have been getting the newer editions of it for cheaper.
